Important information about the cost estimator

The following calculator will help you estimate the cost of attendance at WTAMU.

  • This calculator uses tuition and fee amounts for the following semesters, the amounts for which are subject to change: Fall 2024, January 2025, Spring 2025, May 2025, Summer I 2025, Summer II 2025. The calculator uses housing and meal plan rates from Summer 2024 through Spring 2025 (those rates are also subject to change).
  • Your actual cost of attendance may vary.
  • Certain declared majors or classes have approved differential tuition rates or approved flat fees that will be added. Rates fluctuate slightly depending on your Guaranteed Tuition Rate and Residency Status. Details at the university’s Cost of Attendance page.
  • Detailed semester credit hour information is available on the university's Cost of Attendance page.

Student Information

Students in need of Financial Aid must first fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to see their eligible awards. The WTAMU Net Price Calculator* will help estimate the potential financial aid award for first time undergraduate students. For more information contact Financial Aid.

*The Net Price Calculator is based on data from actual full-time, first-time undergraduate students who have attended WTAMU. Calculations are based on FAFSA data, and as data is publicly released the Net Price Calculator will be updated to reflect these changes.

Residential Living
The University requires all students to live on campus unless the student has met certain criteria for residential living exemptions. The following are per-semester prices.

Meal Plan
The university requires all students residing on campus for Fall and/or Spring semesters to purchase a meal plan, unless the student has met certain criteria for meal plan exemptions. The following are per-semester prices.

The "Commuter 50," "Commuter 75" and "Upperclassman" meal plans do not satisfy the meal plan requirement.
